If you've not heard of Tiffany Milagro, a singer from Atlanta, that just might change in the future --- considering she's just 17. Tiffany's been teaming up with Grammy-nominated songwriter/producer Jayne Olderman of late. In October of 2006, Jayne and Tiffany debuted at #12 on Billboard’s Hot 100 Singles Chart with “Why Can’t It Just Be Christmas?” They have again struck gold with their single “There is No City as Pretty as Savannah.” Its debut was at #19 on that list. We really like it.
On Tiffany's website, Jayne recalls; “the song poured out of me the day I moved from Savannah. My heart was so heavy to be leaving. Tiffany has heard me sing the song so many times that, she too, fell in love with Savannah hearing the lyrics about River Street, Tybee Island, the proud oak trees, Spanish moss, the ships on the river, the Squares and the people.”
Tiffany recently discovered Savannah for herself and sings with the passion and pride of a native Savannahian, and with the fondness felt by the many are introduced to Savannah on vacation, for a conference or wedding, to celebrate an occasion, or to just get away and kick back for a few days of relaxation.
Jayne chuckles: “While I was recording Tiffany's vocal; I thought her little body was going to explode at the end of the song as she was singing her heart out! The whole room was reverberating!” Take a listen to purchase this song and other tune’s on Tiffany’s website.
